BEER BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) beer
1 stick butter, melted

Mix flour and sugar. Add beer 1/3 at a time, mixing well. Place dough in 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

Serve immediately or if preparing ahead, reheat bread for 5-10 minutes in oven - place loaf on open rack - before serving.
