ORANGE SHERBET GELATIN SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) OR 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. whipped cream OR 8 or 12 oz. container of Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sherbet and mix well. When partially set, add mandarin oranges and whipped cream. Pour in square 9 x 9 inch glass pan or 13 x 9 inch pan. Can be made on short notice and is very good.

I took it to a family reunion in Portland, Oregon several years ago, they liked it, too.
