MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO MOLD 
2 cans Empress mandarin oranges
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple, crushed & drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. orange sherbet

Drain oranges and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups. Bring to a boil. Pour into bowl and dissolve Jello. Add sherbet. Stir until dissolved. Add oranges and pineapple. Pour into dish or mold desired. Refrigerate.
