MANDARIN ORANGE AND LEMON JELLO 
1 lg. pkg. lemon pudding (not instant)
1 lg. orange Jello
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges

Cook 1 large lemon pudding as directed. To 1 large orange Jello, add 1 cup boiling water and 3/4 cup cold water. Combine Jello in pudding while hot. take out 1 cup for topping. Pour rest in 9x13 inch pan, let set up in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Combine 8 oz. Cool Whip with 2 cans of mandarin oranges, drained, and 1 cup off topping that was set aside. Spread over 9x13 inch pan.
