BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour, or 4 c. biscuit mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer

Put flour into large bowl; add beer and mix thoroughly. Spread in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven until done. Makes 1 loaf.
