BARBECUE PORK TENDERLOINS 
1 pkg. pork tenderloin (2 to pkg.)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. Lea & Perrin sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. water
Barbecue sauce

Season tenderloins with salt and pepper. Place 1/2 of chopped seasonings on bottom of baking pan. Sprinkle with favorite seasoning. Add 1/2 of oil and 1 cup of water. Place meat on top of seasonings, pour Lea and Perrin sauce over meat.

Place in oven without cover for 15 minutes, at 400 degrees. Then cover and cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours, covered. Slice pork tenderloins when cool and dribble barbecue sauce over meat.
