BBQ PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Onion
Catsup or BBQ sauce
Sweet pickle juice or distilled vinegar

Salt and pepper pork chops; put a slice of onion on each; put 1 tablespoon of catsup or barbeque sauce on each chop; pour sweet pickle juice or vinegar to level of chops. Cook, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees without turning. Uncover for last few minutes to brown.

Sounds fantastic. Am going to toss a couple pieces of bell pepper on side. Mt. Olive has a fantastic "Sweet Heat Jalapeno slices).
Not hot - just wonderful flavor. You can eat slices right out of the jar. Am thinking the juice from them - would make this outstanding. Thank you for submitting. Please - submit any other great idea's/recipes you have.
