APPLE CRUMB TOPPING 
(Good on ice cream)

6 c. diced apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. nuts or raisins
1/2 c. brown sugar

Beat eggs, add sugar and butter. Mix Bisquick and spices together, add to egg mixture. Add apples. Grease pan and pour in apple mixture. Blend together topping ingredients. Mixture will be coarse. Spread topping on apples. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 60 minutes.
