CRANBERRY MOLDED SALAD 
2 boxes red jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. fresh cranberries (ground)
Juice of one orange
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. celery (ground)
1 c. English Walnuts (chopped)

Dissolve jello with hot water, add sugar, stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice and pineapple juice. 15 to 20 minutes later add remaining ingredients.
