GINGERED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. finely grated peeled fresh ginger
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
Pinch red pepper flakes

In bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into about 18 (1 1/4 inch) meatballs. Place in single layer on microwavable dish. Microwave on high until meatballs are cooked through and set, about 5 minutes, rearranging after 3 minutes of cooking time. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
