BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 slices bread (stale bread works better)
Seasonings: dill weed, basil leaves, oregano, salt and black pepper
1 bottle prepared barbecue sauce (your choice of flavor)
Honey

Soak bread which has been torn into small pieces in very small amount of milk. Mash with a fork. Add ground chuck and seasonings, mixing well with hands. Make small meatballs and place in a microwavable casserole. Microwave for 5 to 10 minutes on high until the meat begins to change color and fat is extracted. Pour off fat.

Cover meatballs with bottled barbecue sauce. Drizzle with honey. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Recipe makes 12 to 15 (1 ounce) meatballs. Triple recipe will make about 40 meatballs.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
