BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg
1/8 c. milk
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 (small) bottle "Open Pit" Hickory Smoked sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes of Choy sauce

Making small meatballs and drop raw into sauce, simmer about one hour and serve in an electric skillet or keep warm in a fondue dish, along with round toothpicks.
