SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 onion, diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup

Mix meat ingredients and shape into meatballs. Brown on broiler or a lined cookie sheet (aluminum foil) for 15-20 minutes or cook in microwave on roast for 5-7 minutes, cook on roasting rack.

To make Sauce: Combine all ingredients. Place meatballs and sauce into crock pot. Simmer 2 hours or simmer in microwave for about 20 minutes. Serve over rice or buttered noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
