ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
2 c. milk
2-4 c. vanilla ice cream
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 Heath bars, frozen & crushed

Mix crushed crackers and melted butter, press in 9"x13" pan; set aside. Beat milk and pudding until thick and add soft ice cream; mix well. Pour over crust, let set in freezer for 1 hour then top with Cool Whip, then crushed Heath bars. Freeze at least 2 hours. Take out 10 minutes before serving.
