1 lb. Oreo (mint) cookies, crushed
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream
Spanish peanuts
Fudge ice cream topping

Combine melted butter with crushed Oreo cookies and spread in cake pan. Let ice cream soften and spread into pan. Freeze well. Top with Spanish peanuts and pour fudge ice cream topping over the top. Freeze until ready to serve.
