CHOCOLATE CREAM DESSERT | |
60 Ritz crackers 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, soft 1 c. milk 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 1 stick butter, melted 2 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Blend together crushed crackers and butter. Save 1/2 cup for topping; set aside. Line bottom of 11"x13" pan with remaining cracker mixture. In large bowl, blend softened ice cream, pudding and 1 cup of milk. Blend well. Pour on top of crumb mixture. Chill approximately 1 1/2 hours. Top with Cool whip, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over the top and refrigerate. |
