SURPRISE FRUIT SALAD 
3 (15 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits
3 cans mandarin orange sections
3 bananas
1 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1 box tapioca pudding (the kind you cook)
1 box vanilla pudding (the kind you cook)

Drain juice from 1 can of pineapples and 1 can of orange sections. Add enough water to make 3 cups. Add 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate. Mix vanilla and tapioca puddings and add the juice mixture. Cook until thick. After cooled, pour over pineapples, oranges and sliced bananas.
