DEEP DISH CHICKEN POT PIE 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
3 c. mixed vegetables
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter
1/3 c. flour
7 chicken flavored bouillon
Pepper and salt to taste
3 c. biscuit mix
1 egg
1 tbsp. water

NOTE: Turkey may be used.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook all vegetables if raw. Stir in flour, bouillon, salt and pepper, cooking until thick. Fix biscuit mix to directions. Put half of mix in dish, bottom and side. Pour vegetables and chicken mix in. Roll out rest of dough and top. Beat egg and water and brush on top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown. Serves 8.
