HEIDI'S CARAMEL CORN 
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
2 sticks butter
6 qts. popcorn, popped
1 (16 oz.) box light brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of cream of tartar

Melt butter in saucepan and add 2 cups brown sugar and Karo syrup. Boil for 1 minute. Add baking soda and cream of tartar. Stir well and pour over popcorn. Stir well. Bake in 250 degree oven for 45 minutes.
