CARAMEL CORN 
4 qt. popcorn, popped
1 stick butter
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Place popcorn in brown grocery bag. Combine butter, syrup and brown sugar. Cook in microwave on high powder for 4 minutes. Stir and add vanilla and soda. Pour over popcorn in brown paper bag. Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes. Take out and shake a few times. Cook 1 1/2 minutes then shake again and cook 15 seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
