1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. Karo syrup
Popped popcorn

Cook all but popcorn to soft ball stage. Slowly pour over popcorn, stirring constantly until well mixed.
