TERIYAKI HAMBURGERS 
1 lb. plain ground beef
2 green onions, finely sliced
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. oil (optional)

Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Shape into patties. Broil or cook on outdoor grill.
