CHOW MEIN HOTDISH (HAMBURGER) | |
1 lb. hamburger, browned 1 c. (each) chopped onion, chopped celery 1/2 c. (each) uncooked Minute Rice, chopped water chestnuts 1 can (each) cream of mushroom, chicken and rice soups plus 2 cans water 3 tbsp. soy sauce Combine and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve on chow mein noodles. |
