QUICK HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE | |
1 c. sugar 2 heaping tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 heaping tsp. dry mustard 2 eggs 2 c. milk 1 c. vinegar - less 2 full tbsp. 1 chunk butter Mix dry ingredients into saucepan. Add eggs and mix. Mix in milk. Gradually add vinegar, then butter. Stir and cook until thickened. Remove, let cool. Store in glass containers in refrigerator. Stir well before each use. |
