MAYONNAISE (Blender) 
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
Dash of red pepper if desired

Put egg, seasoning and 1/4 cup oil, vinegar in blender. Mix well. Slowly add rest of oil. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
