OVEN SCRAMBLED EGGS 
6 slices bread
1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
2 c. diced ham
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Line a buttered very deep 9"x13" pan with bread slices. Cube cheese and place on bread slices. Scatter diced ham and sprinkle dry mustard. Beat eggs and combine with milk and salt. Pour egg mixture over ham layer. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Next morning bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
