1 lb. Owens hot sausage
2 c. Bisquick
2 pkg. shredded Cheddar
1 sm. can whole jalapenos
1 box pork oven fry

Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise, remove seeds and set aside. In large bowl, mix sausage, Bisquick and cheese. Take a jalapeno half and make a ball around it with the sausage mixture. Roll in oven fry and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
