LOW SUGAR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, room temperature
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar Twin substitute
3 lg. egg whites, room temperature
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water, room temperature
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Cream butter, sugar, and sugar substitute, medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla; beat 1 minute. Stir together flour, soda, salt to blend well. Add 1/4 cup water to creamed mixture along with flour, blend for 1 minute. Add chips and mix lightly. Drop by tablespoon on pan sprayed with Pam. Press lightly to form 2 inch circle. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 180 calories (2 cookies). Can be substituted for 1 bread or 2 fats.
