SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
3/4 c. butter-flavor Crisco
1 (1.7 oz.) pkg. Sugar Twin brown sugar replacement
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. pecan pieces
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream Crisco, sugar, milk and vanilla until creamy. Blend in egg, flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in chocolate pieces and pecans. Drop rounded tablespoons 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake.

Pretty good overall. I used 4 tbsp brown sugar Splenda instead of the SugarTwin, it worked well. I did find them on the salty side ans would cut the salt by half.
