CORN AND POTATO CHOWDER 
3 med. potatoes, peeled and cut in 1 inch cubes
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. diced cook ham
3 tbsp. butter
Dash pepper
1/2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole corn, thawed
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 c. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk

Mix all ingredients except milk and corn in saucepan and simmer for 1 hour. Stir in skim milk and corn and cook for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
