CORN CHOWDER | |
1 c. diced peeled potatoes 1/4 c. diced onion 1/4 c. butter 1 c. diced ham 1 can kernel corn, drained 1 can cream corn 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 - 1 soup can milk 1 tbsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper Boil potatoes and onions in butter and enough water to cover. Remove from heat - stir in corn, cream corn, ham, mushroom soup, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper. Heat until very hot but do not boil. Add milk, stir over medium heat until hot. 10 - 1 cup servings. |
