CORN CHOWDER 
1 c. thinly sliced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 c. diced, cooked ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Add potatoes, ham, corn, soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat to boiling.
