CHICKEN STEW (CSIRKE PORKOLT) 
1 cut up chicken
1 onion
1 whole tomato, skin removed and chopped
2 tbsp. Crisco
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. water

Saute chopped onion in Crisco, add paprika. Add chicken, tomato, salt, and water. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serve over plain small dumplings.
