FRANKIE'S EGG CUSTARD 
2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Mix sugar, butter and salt. Add whole eggs, beat well, add milk. Bake for 7 minutes at 425 degrees. Lower heat to 325 degrees and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until it shimmers.

I bake it in custard cups. Makes 6. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Put all in blender and mix well. Quick and easy. Put water in pan to bake it. 13 x 9 inch pan holds the 6 cups.
