EGG CUSTARD 
3 or 4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
2 or 3 c. milk
small amount of salt
Nutmeg and vanilla flavoring to taste

Whip eggs. Add salt; then add sugar and flour. Sift nutmeg, add milk, flavoring, and butter last. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 250°F until thick and well done.
