BLUEBERRY CRUMB MUFFINS 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix in bowl:

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

In another bowl mix:

1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1 c. milk
Add 1 1/4 c. blueberries

Put all ingredients together and mix with spoon then put in greased muffin tin.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter, melt
Add 1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Mix thoroughly. Crumb mixture over top of muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
