ONION AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
Salt to taste
6 lg. white potatoes
6 lg. Vidalia onions, sliced
2 cans condensed mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet on the stove top, brown ground beef; salt to taste. Peel and slice potatoes thinly. In a large baking dish make alternate layers of potatoes, sliced onions and meat. Pour mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
