POTATO AND ONION CASSEROLE 
Thin potatoes
Thin onions
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
Salt
Pepper
Oleo or butter

Layer of thin potatoes; layer of thin onions broken into rings. Add butter, salt, pepper and mixture of soup and milk poured over potatoes and onions. Cook at 400 degrees for 1 hour in casserole dish with top cover.

If several layers wanted, dot each with pats butter, salt and pepper and mixture of soup and milk liquid. With more layers, cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
