MOZZARELLA CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken breast, boned
Bread crumbs
2 tsp. oil
Spaghetti sauce
8 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. water

Dip 1 pound boned skinned chicken in a beaten egg; then into dry bread crumbs. Brown in olive oil. Mix spaghetti sauce with water and tomato sauce. Pour over chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer 20 minutes. Top with shredded Mozzarella.
