EASY SALMON PATTIES 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) Chicken of the Sea pink salmon (chunk style in spring water)
1 egg white
1 cracker

Drain water from can of salmon. Put salmon in bowl. Add egg white and crumble cracker into bowl. Mix these 3 ingredients with fork. Shape into patties and fry on medium heat for a few minutes until light brown. Two 6 1/2 oz cans of salmon usually makes 8-10 small patties.
