QUICK AND EASY SALMON PATTIES 
1 (15-16) can pink salmon
1 egg
1/3 c. minced onions
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Crisco oil for frying

Drain salmon; set aside 2 tablespoons of juice. Mix salmon egg and onions until sticky; stir in flour. Add baking powder to salmon juice; stir in salmon mixture. Form into small patties and fry in hot Crisco.
