DENNIS' SALMON PATTIES | |
Healthy and delicious! 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans pink salmon (undrained) 1 cup whole grain quick-cooking oats 3 large eggs 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. cayenne pepper olive oil spray In large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Wait 5 minutes, and mix again to be sure all fluid is absorbed. Preheat skillet to medium-low. Divide mixture into 8 equal patties. Spray skillet lightly in 3-4 spots, lay down salmon patties gently. Cook 4 minutes. Spray tops of salmon patties lightly. Flip, then cook 4 more minutes. Eat immediately, or cool on rack, wrap, and refrigerate. Makes 8 servings.
