ORANGE VELVET SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. orange jello]1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. orange sherbet
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 pt. Cool Whip

Soften cheese; add sherbet. Dissolve jello in boiling water; add slowly to cheese and sherbet mixture. Add pineapple and oranges. Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate for several hours.
