2 c. cooked carrots, mashed
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, well beaten
Dash of cinnamon

Mix together and bake in casserole dish at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
