CARROT - RAISIN CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. cooked, mashed carrots
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix together. Add all other ingredients. Bake in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
