HEATHER'S CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN 
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (22 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (family size)
1 cup water
2 pkgs. Italian dressing mix (I use Good Seasons)
4 boneless chicken breasts, chopped

Blend cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, water and dry dressing mix. Add in chopped chicken breasts. Cook in Crock-Pot on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Great with mashed potatoes and any pasta and homemade bread!

Already had them on hand, chopped and ready to go, so I added 1 yellow onion and 1/2 lb on mushrooms. This came out fantastic!
