CARROT CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed carrots, salted
1 egg, well beaten or egg beaters
2 tbsp. finely grated onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted
5 tbsp. corn flakes, crushed or crumbs

Mix first three ingredients and put in greased casserole. Top with 5 tablespoons of corn flakes or crumbs mixed with butter that has been melted. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
