CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/8 c. powdered sugar

Mix until crumbly; press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

16 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix until smooth. Spread over crust.

3 c. cold milk
3 pkg. chocolate instant pudding

Combine and beat until thick. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set. Top with 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip.
