APRICOT CREAM CHEESE DELIGHT 
3 oz. box orange Jello
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 sm. jars baby food apricot/tapioca
8 oz. Cool Whip
Nuts, chopped

Combine dry Jello and pineapple. Heat to boiling. Add sugar, cream cheese and baby food. Mix well. Chill until mounds when dropped by a spoon. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in 8 x 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
