APRICOT SPICE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 sm. jars baby food apricots
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine and mix all ingredients except pecans. Stir in pecans. Bake in greased and floured bundt or tube pan at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. While still in pan, punch holes in cake with fork and pour on following glaze:

Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter

Bring glaze to a boil and pour over cake.
